About
Our founding director, Peter Kemp has over 40 years industry experience, incorporating 20 years as a service technician, moving into a management role as North Queensland Manager with KONE Elevators, where he oversaw the service and installation divisions from the Sunshine Coast region through to Cairns.
In 1997 Peter worked on building a company that was structured around facilities maintenance, by servicing the south east corner of Queensland. Peter’s commitment, integrity and expertise helped forge the growth of the business and is testament to BOSS’s capabilities as it stands today. Peter continues to be an integral part in our facilities maintenance division where he consults to Body Corporates regarding their elevator service, upgrade requirements, and agreements.

With a wealth of business experience and a high level of business acumen, Trina leads confidently, consistently, and collaboratively to achieve growth and success for the business. An entrepreneurial spirit with a vision in directing business functions and delivering strategic outcomes. Trina assists the business in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, and increasing staff productivity while improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
Trina is instrumental to the company’s success as we continue to grow into Queensland’s leading building solutions providers.
Gary Johns

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Gary holds an open builder’s license and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. Planning and designating resources across numerous projects while monitoring the progress and keeping the stakeholders informed the entire way is part of Gary’s skill set which is highly valued and is all done within the confines of the company's goals and vision.
Gary’s ability to lead teams of highly skilled trades across multiple projects, including managing any issues, risks and project change requests ensuring a successful on time project delivery is testament to the growth of the businesses project division.
