OUR STORY
In 1997, Peter Kemp had the idea to build a company that provided general facilities maintenance services. Building upon a decade of the business’ success, in 2008 Peter decided to create a new building maintenance business with a difference – a dedication to world-class service and client satisfaction. And so, BOSS was born.
Peter expanded the business with the addition of the BOSS Fire Protection division, and followed by the expansion of BOSS Elevators (Peter’s expertise) in 2016.
In 2010, Peter’s daughter Trina took over the role as General Manager, while Peter continued to focus on the directorship of the company. With a degree in business, entrepreneurial savvy, and an excellent understanding of the industry, this was a natural progression for Trina. Since that time, Trina has worked tirelessly to grow the BOSS Building Maintenance reputation across Queensland, while working closely with and nurturing the highly skilled and capable BOSS team.
Peter and Trina’s commitment, integrity, and expertise helped forge the growth of the business and is testament to BOSS’s capabilities and superior service.
